Very easy, healthy breakfast! All I did was: •Mash up 1 banana •Add 2 large eggs •1 cup of pulverized oats •dash of cinnamon •2 tbps milk Mix it all together and let sit for 10-15 minutes. (Letting it sit allows it to airate and makes fluffier pancakes!) When youre ready to cook, make sure you grease/butter your pan well because they WILL stick. Only needs a minute or so on each side.
