La Lola / Mata Design Studio - love the wall! Could do this with quilted leather.
Todays colour choices made alongside the clients for their Longhouse in @wiltshire all decided in the @designstudio, a gentle combination of @paintandpaperlibrary Blanket 176 for the cabinetry and @farrowandball De Nimes 299 to be added to the smaller details and bookcase interiors. Walls to be painted in @littlegreenepaintcompany Slaked Lime Mid 149 with the wooden beams to be picked out in the slightly darker Slaked Lime Deep 150. Picked out with an 110 @everhot_cookers in Marine Blue and su
Day 8 of our clients in their kitchens and here is my father-in-law whipping up a storm (and a victoria sponge) with his 70's kenwood whisk 😉, in their brand new @guildanderson kitchen. I love the 'what would Mary do' pink apron......... another of our favourite clients.
Day 7 of our clients (and their families) in their @guildanderson kitchens. Huge thanks to Mrs McK for sending in this lovely picture. 'Our Guild Anderson island has become a place of nature during isolation- flowers picked daily by Iris (our 3 year old), tadpoles happily swimming and the green of spring. Lots of rainbows, glue and paint too. Our kitchen is even more the heart of our home right now and we absolutely love it. Thank you GA'. #livinginthekitchen#heartofthehome#homeschoolinglif
Day 3 of our clients (and daughters) in their kitchen, thank you to Mrs B for her pic of Willow rustling up some homemade pizzas as part of her 'Life skills' lesson. 'Don’t be fooled into thinking this is just a kitchen. This is our family COVID Command Centre: list writing; home schooling; news Briefings; family entertaining & Zoom watching. It’s not just a kitchen it’s a Bakery, a Juice Bar, a replacement City Coffee Hub, it’s a recycling & an Amazon receiving facility & doubles pretty nic
We asked a few of our lovely clients to send in a photo or two of their families and pets in their @guildanderson kitchens at this time of lockdown, what's striking is how clean they all look 😎 and the children too...... but thank you Mrs R for this happy pic and I love the @farrowandball@treron island. 'The kitchen is dreamy - so lovely to wake up too each morning and this whole lockdown has proven how easy it is to use as a family. It’s the best investment we’ve ever made. We’re so luck
Ah the joy of having a husband who can cook as well as design great kitchens in this time of no restaurants or eating out......and great food doesn't have to be expensive food just cooked with lots of love..... Last night we were treated to a beautiful dinner of spatchcock BBQ chicken, roasted coutgettes and cauliflower, BBQ roasted potatoes and homemade wild garlic and lemon butter. Followed up by duck egg pancakes and strawberries made by Sylvie. I'm thinking about next weekdends menu alre

The subtle colour variation, and depths of greys, and dark brown hues compliment each other akin to a genuine reclaimed oak wooden floor. The advantage of our own creations is that we are able to control the colour more than the regular wooden supplier in the industry.
Pacific Palisades Perfection by Jeffrey Alan Marks
Bespoke dressing room for her. Custom joinery, shoe storage, shelving, dark wood with striking red interior. Dressing table under the window with upholstered chair & pouffe. Patterned roman blind and curtains with pelmet.
With all this handwashing occuring, I was left thinking which has been my most favourite kitchen sink, tough choices with all the beautiful sinks and kitchens that we have put them into but I think this @kohleruk cast iron sink with @steamvalveorigianl taps, set into intrinsically cut and shaped marble tops. All helped of course with the rather gorgeous leaded windows, letting in the soft light from the courtyard outside.....oh to live in a Jacobean manor house in times like these....... @rmoul
A little piece of vibrancy in the form of this rather eye catching kitchen made in our very own @Guild Anderson workshop. This kitchen was made in collaboration with an interior designer client @_sand_interiors, the cabinetry is a variation of our Bucknowle design with a big splash of contemporary colour and styling. @busterandpunch brass handles along with the @littlegreenepaintcompany marine blue and striking tiles fulfill the clients brief for a kitchen that is uniquely her own. @crlstone @
There is no doubt that having a house with a pantry space is absolute luxury. In this Old Rectory the additional space meant we could put all the extra applicances, ovens and storage into this room and still make it look picture perfect. The honed carrara marble with ogee over bullnose edge @bathgraniteandmarble and tall marble upstand behind the bridge tap ties in with the period style. The clients vintage copper pan collection is a lovely edition to the handmade @guildanderson oak shelving.
Image one of the @guildanderson design studio by @paullmcraig and it's looking pretty great. Just love the pendant lights from @originalbtc which bring out the @armacmartin handles and the other touches of brass that are featured in our Bucknowle kitchen. The idea behind our 'studio' was to make the space feel like a home and a place that our clients could feel really comfortable in and could immeditaly imagine in their own house. The little touches in here are very much to show off what we c
Putting character oak together with a shiny pale worktop could be a receipe for disaster but in this case it all works quite agreebly. Thr frosty carrina tops by @caesarstone are well paired with the end grain butchers block and a raised slab of oak that runs down the centre of the island. @jimlawrence brass pendant lights pull the space together and tie in those rich colours and add to the rural living feel of the space. #ruralkitchen#countryliving#devonkitchen#rustic#farmhousestyle
Every company loves to receive a glowing review. This client from some years ago recently added to our 5 * listings of which we now have eighteen top google reviews, making us very proud furniture makers. "We received our kitchen in 2016, having had a somewhat quirky extension that was acceptable to our exacting conservation officer. Nick Anderson became involved shortly before the build started and his contribution at this stage was invaluable his yacht design experience shone through in the w
Once again Guild Anderson has worked their magic on this former Grade II listed Old Rectory in Somerset. Here we have the pantry/back kitchen a small sub station off the kitchen designed for when things get really busy in the main kitchen with large parties for dinner and a little bit more space is required either for cooking or plating up, the client is a chef so he opted for maximum appliances. The honed @carrera marble worktops ties it together with the kitchen space while the Faber Chloe e
It is a wonderful thing to run your business within the beating heart of a local community such as Tisbury. On a rather sad and gloomy afternoon it's very cheering to drop in on the locals for a bit of a chat, Ted Martin Flowers who lent us this most beautiful display for a our showroom launch event last week always has time for you and knows what it takes to make our design studio look picture perfect, I returned the wine glasses to Tim Beckford Bottle Shop who gave me a bottle of of his Engli
Green is most definitely the theme, with this Guild Anderson kitchen painted in @littlegreene Boringdon Green and @paintandpaperlibrary Hunter Dunn, the clients were looking for a racing green coloured island with an oak division down the centre and 50mm end grain butchers blocks at each end. The frosty carrina worktop is set off by the paint scheme and the richness of the oak works together as a combination. The entire scheme is finished off with some beautiful but simple @jimlawrence bronze l
A hugely informative day held by @farrowandball in the beautiful surrondings of @royalcrescent_hotel.@joastudholme took us all on a journey of colour and how to use colour within our homes. Looking at their new range of colours @colourbynature inspired by the book Werner's Nomenclature of Colours archived in the Natural History Museum, Joa put together groupings of colours that work as a cohesive and often but not always gentle palette. Very much looking forward to incorporating some of the
Our 'Viewfield' display is now complete in the design studio, painted in Paint and Paper Library Salt II on the exterior and Bronze interior. The bronze paint really sets off the clean display of beautiful ceramics by John Julian which look perfect in this crisp display. Lighting obviously plays a key part in our kitchens and this tear drop display by Original BTC looks the business. The beautiful chesnut worktop is by CRL Stone UK & IE #bronze#viewfieldkitchen#paintandpaperlibrary#kitche
This understated kitchen was recently installed in a beautiful Georgian house that I have come to know so well over the years and I have fond memories of sitting in the previous kitchen, I have no doubt that the same in will happen in this gorgeous space. The clients pushed the walls back on the opening which was originally just a doorway wide to create this broad entrance from the garden room, throwing more light into this clean and minimalist room. #oldrectory#countryhouse#beautifulinterior
The feedback and reviews that we receive from our clients is extremely important to us at Guild Anderson. So many of our clients come to us through word of mouth and recommendation and the positive feedback we receive is paramount to upholding our reputation. We feel extremely proud to now have 15 five star reviews on Google a feat that not many other kitchen companies achieve and we couldn't accomplish this without our really wonderful clients so thank you for taking the time to do this, it m
These handles have been made for us by Bosco London, made from domesticated water buffalo, it means that this is an entirely sustainable product and no animals were harmed when sourcing the horn, which comes from India, although water buffalo can be found all over Asia. Each horn varies in colour and often has beautiful white streaks running through them, with the amount of colour varying hugely this ensures that each handle a one off product. Which is why they fit so well with our own Guild A
This kitchen is all about the amazing Italian lights and of course the rather exciting Kinawa White granite worktops which look rather sleek on the island and is mirrored in the splashback behind the AGA, the client has strong Italian influences and the room and indeed the house and garden has the look and feel of an Italian villa. Painted in Little Greene French Grey this 'Viewfield' design gives a modern yet stylish feel to the space and well suits the modern extension that was added to this e
